Our Policies & Salon Etiquette

  • I don’t like my cut/color/PRODUCT, can I get A REFUND?

    • Verde Organic Beauty Salon has a no-refund policy on all products and services.

    • Sometimes we may miss the mark with your desired results. We want you to feel good about your service; therefore, it is essential to provide instruction to your stylist or Salon Manager within (3) three days ) 72 hours) after the initial appointment to discuss the situation. We will make every reasonable effort to adjust the result and we can reschedule you for a no-charge correction if required.

    • Correction appointments must be scheduled and completed within seven (7) business days of the original service date. Corrections will only be performed by the original stylist unless otherwise agreed upon. There may be an additional product charge if necessary.

    • You may request a test version of a product to try for free before purchasing. We will exchange products that have not been opened.

    • All prices are subject to change without prior notice. **

  • Do you offer consultations?

    • Yes, we offer free consultations by appointment. Please call the front desk to schedule. When possible, arrive to your consultation with your hair in its natural state.

  • May my child come with me?

    • No children under 12 are allowed in the salon area without an appointment.

  • May my pet come with me?

    • With the exception of trained service animals assisting a person with a disability, we do not allow pets in our salon.

  • Do you have guest wi-fi?

    • Yes, there is a password, and you are welcome to use it during your visit. Ask your stylist or someone at the front desk.

  • I’m on my way but running late, what should I do?

    • To ensure the promptness of all reservations, we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes or later to another convenient time. If you’re running late, we would appreciate a phone call so we can try to keep your slot open for you.

  • Do you have a cancellation policy?

    • Please call at least 24 hours ahead of time to reschedule or cancel. This provides our wait-list clients an opportunity to take your missed appointment.

    • If an appointment is missed without canceling or rescheduling, you will be charged for the full cost of the appointment. Inside of 24 hours you will be charged half the price of the scheduled appointment.

    • Three cancelled or no-show appointments in a row may require a credit card to secure future appointments.

  • Is gratuity included in the service prices?

    • Gratuity is not included in our prices, and is at your discretion. Tips are very much appreciated by our staff.

  • Do you accept credit cards?

    • Yes, we accept all major credit cards.

  • Precautions

    • Even though our products are extremely gentle and our staff is highly trained, Verde’s professionals have no medical training background and as such can not diagnose, prevent, or treat any allergic reactions. Ultimately, service appointments and product usage are 100% at the client’s own risk. Verde will accept no responsibility for replacing personal property or for any medical treatment. It is the clients’ responsibility to seek council from their own medical professional regarding personal allergy issues. At your request, we will do our best to provide all known ingredients used in our products prior to the requested service and will offer a complimentary patch test upon request.
